Clients must pay 50% upfront and then pay bi weekly for our services before work commences. We accept payment via Paypal or cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to modify our payment methods at any time.

All intellectual property rights in the materials and designs created by WOOM MEDIA are owned by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the materials and designs for, but not limited to, the purpose for which they were created.

WOOM MEDIA agrees to keep all client information and materials confidential and will not disclose them to any third party without the client's written consent. Clients agree to keep all information regarding WOOM MEDIA's operations confidential.
